A design of the whole housing estate in Gdynia Wiczlino, in which the investor was a company from Norway. An idea was to create modern housing estates which would be kept in a similar character as the rest of the investments in Poland.
Flats could be configured freely, e.g. combining upstairs and downstairs in apartments into the whole storey. Attention should be drawn to the colours of elevation beautifully matched along with big glazing which make the space bigger.
